Still reeling from Joseph Capriati’s fabric 80 mix, we were all too excited to see that British house powerhouse Matt Tolfrey had been invited to provide the latest incarnation.

Having been a resident at fabric since 2004, Matt Tolfrey has been afforded the opportunity to develop his own unique style which is heavily interwoven with that of the London club’s. Tolfrey has managed to perfectly channel the feeling and atmosphere of 3am on a Saturday in Room 1 at the club, with each track complimenting the last and providing a groovy soundtrack to help you survive the working week.

This mix demonstrates Tolfrey’s seemingly infinite music collection with bangers from the likes of Derrick Carter and Richard Wolfsdorf (a pseudonym of Ricardo Villalobos), while he also manages to find room for the upcoming release on his own Leftroom records from UE favourite Sam Russo Your Call.

Fabric 81 is out now over at the fabric store. Make your way down to fabric on April 25th for the launch party, where Matt is joined by Cassy, Nail and Kerb Staller.
