Karizma, Arnaldo & Daniel Wang step up for Saints Don't Sleep 2nd Birthday
This Friday, London-based promoters Saints Don’t Sleep return to Brixton Jamm for their 2nd birthday following an impressively busy summer of festival appearances.
On the bill they have Baltimore’s favourite son Karizma, fresh from his apparently incendiary set at Dimensions, disco don Daniel Wang and the hugely talented Arnaldo whose recent releases on Smallville and Blank Slate have impressed across the board. In support they have Troublevision‘s Park Ranger, London’s terrible twins The Menendez Brothers and the jazzy genre spanning Brand New Wayo. Rotating residents Nite Sleaze and Alex Crescent will be doing their usual business, Chubby Funster and Seb from Mixmag return to the SDS decks, while Flux‘s Jacques Adda will also be making his SDS debut.
In true SDS style, it’s a serious lineup that should offer a whole heap of variety across the spectrum, topped by a man who is right in the thick of his second (or third?) wind: Karizma. Check his recent work alongside Atjazz as Exist and the latest mix from Mixmag below and you’ll hear why.
